![]() Tanks are waiting. Glycol lines are being run. Beer brewing is just around the corner. We hope. Well, its been a month and my blog posting hasn't increased at all. But lets forget all the broken promises of 'more blogging' and 'better content'. These are just things people say. What really matters is in your heart. And in my heart I blogged 7 times in the past 4 weeks which is pretty darn good. On top of that, those blogs were funny, informative, and grammar was at an all time high. But hey, people want to know what’s going on so those from the heart blogs are good and all, but I figure I should do one of those real written blogs too, so here goes.
I've been working a bit more on construction at the brewery lately rather than brewing but thats ok. The brewery needs my TLC and I must say that by the time the brewery is finished I will actually be good at the work I've already done. Its a good thing we've got some professionals down there to admire my work stylings. Here is a humble haiku that I think reflects the past two weeks pretty well... Measure Once, Cut Twice My tools are around somewhere. The Mash Tun is dusty. And so tomorrow begins a new day at the Civil Life Construction Project. Where nearly level won't do and a hammer is never a pry bar. I can't wait to build a beer.
